BeFox Detox supplies your body with a sophisticated mineral formula. During the 14-21 day build-up phase, you generate a mineral surplus. This means that your body is supplied with more minerals than it consumes. As the minerals are very valuable to the body, it will prefer to store them for a rainy day instead of simply excreting them. Your body will therefore begin to store the minerals in your fatty tissue. To create more space for the minerals, your body will store the THC breakdown substances that are less valuable to it. The storage and removal of the fat-soluble THC breakdown product THC-COOH is a natural process that takes place after every consumption. However, the metabolites normally remain bound to the fatty lipids for weeks or even months and are gradually released and excreted. This means that a THC urine test can still be positive days after a single use. With regular use, it can even last for up to 3 months or even longer in individual cases.

After storing the minerals, you have cleansed your fatty tissue and built up protection: The minerals block the storage of new THC breakdown substances. So when you consume, your body will only metabolize the THC and then excrete it directly via the urine. This means you can be negative again after around a day*.

To find out whether you can switch from the build-up phase to the maintenance phase, do a self-test. We recommend that you test yourself every seven days with a 50ng rapid urine test. On average, the test is negative on the 14th or 21st day.
The negative test result shows you that the storage of minerals has taken place. To be precise, a negative result with such a 50ng test means that the THC breakdown substances have been dissolved and have already been largely eliminated. You can therefore switch to the maintenance phase and reduce the amount of capsules. Within the next few days, the remaining metabolites will also be eliminated, so that you will also get clean at lower cut-offs.

BeFox Detox is characterized by a carefully composed mixture of over 80 different minerals and trace elements. The minerals are perfectly balanced in their composition and proportions and ensure an optimal exchange of the THC breakdown substances with the minerals.
The capsule shell consists of plant-based HPMC. BeFox is therefore vegan, allergen-free and does not contain any chemical additives - you only take minerals and plant-based cellulose. It is therefore impossible to detect BeFox.

Gastrointestinal disorders (nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, etc.) are known side effects. These can occur especially at the beginning of the intake. In this case, the quantity of capsules should be reduced and slowly increased. Please also note our recommendation not to take the capsules on an empty stomach and always with plenty of water.
If you have kidney problems, you should not take the capsules.

BeFox is aimed at the conscious occasional consumer who enjoys a smoke with friends at the weekend and wants to drive carefree during the week. But regular consumers can also benefit from the BeFox effect. With continuous use, however, it can be difficult to achieve the desired effect, as the body needs time to metabolize and eliminate the large amount of new THC.

During the build-up phase, we recommend nine capsules a day to ensure rapid mineralization of the body. To ensure your body is continuously supplied with minerals, you should divide the capsules. Three in the morning, three at lunch, and three in the evening works best for most people. You should always wash down the capsules with plenty of water. Furthermore, taking the capsules with a meal helps with digestion; even an apple or banana is enough.

During the maintenance phase, two to four capsules a day are sufficient to provide your body with enough minerals to use. Otherwise, your body could excrete the stored minerals over time, which would reduce your protection against the accumulation of new THC metabolites.

If you engage in mineral-depleting activities, you should take extra capsules.

Nutrition is a crucial factor. You can find detailed information in our Knowledge Hub article on factors. These are the most important points:

- Drink enough water:
On average, that's 2-3 liters per day. To be precise, the optimum for the BeFox effect is 0.03 liters per kg of body weight per day.

- Drink pure water:
The water you drink should be as pure as possible and contain no carbonation, sugar, flavorings, or other additives (including tea and coffee). If you occasionally drink something other than pure water, it doesn't count towards your calculated daily water intake.

- Don't upset your acid-base balance:
A ratio of 80:20 (80% alkaline-forming foods and 20% good acid-forming foods) has been proven to be optimal for the build-up phase. An acid-base imbalance can increase the body's mineral consumption, thus impeding the effectiveness of BeFox.

This question cannot be answered with a simple yes or no. Whether you can or should continue consuming depends on your goal: If you want to get clean as quickly as possible, you should stop consuming it. This also applies to CBD, HHC, and similar seemingly THC-free alternatives. Not only do these always contain a small amount of THC, which can result in a positive test, but these alternatives also produce metabolites that must be eliminated, thus straining your body's capacity. Furthermore, these metabolites can even lead to false-positive tests, as some of them are very similar to THC-COOH.

If you're not in such a hurry or just want to build up your defenses so you can live a carefree life, various factors come into play. But it can be broken down to this: To get clean, you must not consume more than your body can excrete. This is, of course, a very simplistic approach. Every body is different, and so everyone's metabolism and elimination process occur at different rates. It's also important to consider how much THC metabolite you have stored and are released, meaning how much THC you need to be excreted. However, all of this is very difficult to determine, as is exactly how much THC you're consuming. And then there are a few other details...

In general, however, we can say that consuming up to 0.5g per day is safe, and the cleansing effect will occur. Of course, it would be faster if you stopped consuming it completely.

In some cases, the build-up phase can last longer than the average 14-21 days. In this case, you should continue taking nine capsules per day. The maximum duration of taking nine daily capsules should not exceed eight weeks.

We also strongly recommend that you stop consuming any of these substances completely, including CBD, HHC, and all other substances such as alcohol. You should also make sure you drink enough (0.03 liters of pure water per kg of body weight per day) and consume few acid-forming foods. When exercising, make sure you don't exercise for more than one hour per day. Avoid mineral-depleting foods and take extra capsules if necessary. Bentonite clay can also help with detoxification.

We recommend self-testing every seven days so you know when you can end the recovery phase. For most people, the test is negative on day 14 or 21. Only a few are negative by day seven, and some may not be negative until day 28. The exact duration depends on many factors.

A negative self-test means that the mineral storage was successful. You can then move into the maintenance phase to maintain your mineral levels so your body doesn't have to store minerals. This way, you maintain your mineral protection against the storage of future waste products and will be clean again approximately 24 hours after consumption.

Refer to the packaging of your rapid urine test for detailed information. Typically, however, it works like this:

- Allow the pouch to reach room temperature before opening.
Carefully remove the test strip from the sealed pouch by tearing it open at one end.

- With the arrows pointing toward the urine sample, immerse the test strip in the urine sample up to the mark for approximately 15 seconds.

- Place the test strip on a clean, flat surface.

- The result is usually read after 5 minutes.

How to interpret the result:

- Positive: One line is visible at the "C" mark.

- Negative: Two lines are visible: One at "C" and one at "T."

Color intensity and thickness of the lines are irrelevant. Therefore, even a barely visible second line means negative!

- Invalid: No line or a line is visible only at the "T" mark.

Note: The control line "C" is further away from the dip point in the direction of the arrow and should become visible after a short time. The test line "T" is located near the arrows and should become visible after a few minutes in the case of a negative test.

The so-called cutoff value in rapid THC urine tests describes the concentration threshold at which a test is positive. The concentration is usually expressed in nanograms per milliliter (ng/mL), hence the term "ng limit." Rapid urine tests go down to 20ng, although the lab can also test for levels below 10ng.

We recommend self-testing with 50ng rapid urine tests to determine the success of the build-up phase, as a negative 50ng test means that the minerals have been successfully stored and the elimination of THC breakdown products is in full swing. From this point on, you can move into the maintenance phase. It will then only take a few days until you are clean even at lower ng limits.

In general, you should never use your first urine sample for a urine test. A particularly high concentration of THC metabolites accumulates in the urine overnight. It's best to have already been to the bathroom two or three times before taking a test.

You should also consider your creatinine level for lab tests. This allows labs to determine whether you've diluted your urine by drinking a lot of water. A test that reveals this could be considered invalid! But you don't need to. Stick to our recommendation of 0.03 liters of water per kg of body weight per day.

BeFox Detox was developed exclusively for urine tests and has only been tested with these. Therefore, the answer is a resounding no!

However, we have not verified this information ourselves! So don't buy BeFox thinking it will help with tests other than urine tests! We reiterate that we have not verified this information ourselves, and the cleansing formula only works for urine tests!
